Thurs 15/Fri 16 July Slow Roast Welsh Pork or Cannon of Welsh Lamb with Daffydd Potatoes and leeks cooked three ways. Summer Pudding or Tarten Driog. Fri 6 /Sat 7 Aug. Sewyn and Laverbread or duck breasts in Bluebery sauce, roasted leeks, Leek and mustard crunched potatoes, broad beans. Caerphilli and apple cheese cake or fresh fruit salad. Thurs 19/Fri 20 Aug Stuffed trout wrapped in bacon and leeks, or Welsh Black ribeye with welsh brie with daffydd potatoes and leeks cooked three ways Eves Pudding or Rhubarb fool. Welsh vegetarian options available Onion cake or Walnut Cheese and leek tart . Welsh wines and beers also available.
